FUNCTION:
Artificial lenses for correcting refractive errors that are placed in front of the eye’s natural lens.
PROCEDURE:
The lenses are implanted through a small incision and positioned. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia.
RESULT:
Patients typically experience a significant improvement in visual acuity within just a few days.
WHO IS SUITABLE?
Patients with high refractive errors who are not suitable for laser treatment.
