KERATOPLASTY (CORONEA TRANSPLANT)

FUNCTION:
Corneal transplantation to restore vision in cases of severe corneal damage.

PROCEDURE:
The damaged cornea is replaced with a donor cornea. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1-2 hours.

HEALING:
Healing can take several months, during which the patient is closely monitored.

WHO IS SUITABLE?

Patients with severe corneal damage that significantly impairs vision.
