About
Prof. Dr. Ersin Ülkür was born on April 15, 1969. He completed his primary education in Ankara and Samsun and graduated from Kuleli Military High School. He received his medical degree from GATA Faculty of Medicine in 1993. After two years as a general practitioner in Ardahan, he completed his residency in plastic surgery at GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital (1996–2001).
He gained international experience at Mount Vernon Hospital (London) and Canniesburn Hospital (Glasgow). He became Assistant Professor in 2003, Associate Professor in 2006, and Clinical Professor in 2012. He received advanced training in aesthetic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh and Zeeba Surgery Center under Dr. Bahman Guyuron.
He served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Haydarpasa Training Hospital and has published over 200 scientific papers and presentations.
